Reparations Model

In an historic address to Congress in the year 2000 20 years ago Dr Claud Anderson president of The Harvest Institute a D C think tank testified before the Congressional Black Caucus CBC on the imperative need for Black Reparations In this testimony Dr Anderson lays out the historical case for justice and reparations for Blacks He also presents the CBC with a reparations Model a model that could easily be followed today
